FuelMap NL helps users compare nearby fuel stations and prices. This
policy explains what information the app uses, why it uses it, and
what choices users have.
Information the app uses
- Approximate or precise location, when you allow it, to show nearby fuel stations and prices.
- Search queries such as city or place names to find stations in the selected area.
- Basic app preferences such as your selected fuel type and chosen location.
- Subscription and purchase status when FuelMap Pro is enabled through RevenueCat and the App Store.
How information is used
- To center the map and show nearby stations relevant to your area.
- To search for places and return map results.
- To remember your preferred fuel type and last selected location.
- To manage subscription access, restore purchases, and show premium features when available.
Third-party services
FuelMap NL may rely on third-party services for maps, geocoding,
station data, and subscription management. These may include Mapbox,
OpenStreetMap/Nominatim-based services, backend price aggregation
services, Apple App Store services, and RevenueCat.
Data storage
The app stores a limited amount of local preference data on your
device, such as your selected fuel type and chosen location. FuelMap
NL does not sell your personal data.
Your choices
- You can deny or revoke location access in iOS Settings at any time.
- You can search manually without using live location.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings when subscriptions are enabled.
